Become a Representative or, for an unlimited earning opportunity, become a Sales Leader. This opportunity is only available to people in the U.K over the age of 18.
As a Representative you are allocated a sales area, based around your home
postcode area. This will be in the region of 100 to 150 houses in your
neighbourhood. You are authorised by Avon to distribute the product catalogues
every 3 weeks and to deliver orders to the customers. You may also distribute
catalogues to friends family and colleagues / workmates. You may also distribute
catalogues in public places such as hairdressers, doctors surgery / vets waiting
rooms, etc. Orders can be placed by Representatives to Avon by post or online.
Each Representative is given the option to have an online back-office at Avon's
website where orders can be placed, company and product news can be found,
Representative details can be changed and . Delivery is normally within 1
week from the date the order is received by the company. Delivery of orders is
free to Representatives. There is no minimum order requirement from
Representatives.
As a Sales Leader, you have all the above benefits as a Sales Representative,
PLUS the ability to recruit Representatives and Sales Leaders in your team, to
build and support your team in their Avon business.
